Is this website safe?

If we were to give an answer, it would be obvious.

Our company was founded in August 2022, and has established itself over the years as the reference point in Italy for the best growing clothing brand of last decade.

Delivery time? What happens once the purchase is made?

Your order will be processed immediately.

If you manage to make your purchase by 12:30pm, same-day fulfillment will be possible, and then delivery in Italy in 2/3 days and in Europe in 4/5 days via DPD express courier.

In the event that the purchase is made by Bank Transfer, we may process (and then process) the order only after we receive the crediting of the amount to our bank account.

What payment methods are accepted?

Your good fortune is to have landed on one of the most reliable sites in both protecting your data and protecting your purchases.

One of our main partners is PayPal, the best online shopping system, now present everywhere in the world. You can then pay through your PayPal account, or through any credit card or prepaid card (postepay, postepay evolution, Visa, Mastercard, VisaElectron, American Express, Masterpass, Lottomaticard, etc.).

In each of these cases you will have PayPal's purchase protection, which will protect you 100%.

Product fulfillment will be immediate, and you can receive the item in 48h, no matter where you are.

We also accept payment by Advance Bank Transfer, in case it is more convenient for you or if your company is only able to make purchases by this method.

Fulfillment of the items in this case, will take place only after receiving the credit of the amount (usually in 24h from the issuance of the transfer).

We also accept cash on delivery, so you will be able to pay cash directly to the courier for any product costing less than €1,000.
You will find the payment method among those available at checkout.

Do you accept cash payments?

Italian law does not allow cash purchases if the seller is a company that operates exclusively online.

If you are close to us and wish to purchase in cash then, you cannot do so.
The order must be completed on the website for purchase and payment tracking issues, so we will also be able to issue regular purchase invoice or receipt, which are also valid by law for warranty purposes.

Can I pick up the item on site?

We are an E-commerce, and we do not have any physical stores open to the public.
We have offices, warehouses, and all items are in stock, but we are not organized to receive customers within our facilities.

We accept the most secure means of payment, which guarantee and protect the buyer for 90 days after purchase, allowing you to receive partial or full refunds, in case of problems.

However, we have implemented a direct on-site pickup option on our website, subject to phone appointment.

Simply select in the shopping cart the CHECKOUT option, and call +39 328 8029541 to arrange a direct appointment for delivery of the device.

What happens if I buy on a public holiday?

Many users think that buying from an online store on holidays may somehow be a problem, but in fact it is not.

If you think it may be better to wait until Monday or the first useful business day to buy, you are absolutely wrong.

Any order placed on weekends or holidays is still validated, and is 100 percent processed on the first available business day.
Buying on weekdays, however, there is a possibility that the shipment of the product may slip to the next business day, as priority must always be given to those who purchased first.

So if you're not convinced that you want to buy over the weekend for the reasons just listed, we recommend instead that you do so to keep priority on shipping your item so that it can be delivered to you as quickly as possible!

If a clothes has a problem what is the process?

Our return rate is below 1 percent, as each clothes is not offered for sale unless it first passes all rigorous tests positively, but certainly infallibility does not exist.
Should you have any problems with one of our clothes, simply call our customer support by phone, or send an email to support@attractionclo.com, one of our representatives will call or reply to you explaining well the process, which in summary is summarized in these points:

- Home pickup of the damaged product, totally at our charge (within the first 14 days of purchase), or shipment of the damaged product at your charge (within the period related to the warranty)

- Clothing details verification by us and then warranty validation verification on the object

- We provide full replacement of the clothes

- Reshipment entirely at our charge, by express courier (shipment and delivered to Italy in 2 days)

The timeline depends greatly on the type of problem encountered, but usually the whole process does not take longer than 15 working days (plus shipping time).
